Report access, available report types and organization settings define the supported scope. The report request and download workflow records parameters and applicable export activity.
Generated files are not persisted, fixed report snapshots: a later download can reflect current data except where a documented historical calculation applies. A complete per-record inspection dossier and automated regulatory-submission package are not included.
Retain the files and supporting evidence required by your validation and retention program.
September 11, 2026 — Supported aging reports now separate the 91–180-day cohort from records older than 180 days. Existing report permissions, organization settings and snapshot limitations remain unchanged.

Updated 2026-08-31 — report access is now restricted to QA managers and administrators, and that applies to the report list as well as the downloads themselves. Previously any member could see that a report had been generated, when, and by whom: the index was open even though the file was not.
