The September 11 release improves everyday quality work. Existing organization settings and role permissions still apply; this release does not activate optional features for every account.
- Audit trail and complaints:open supported records from audit events; choose complaint links by readable labels; see clearer action errors.
- Quality calendar:dated quality work items now appear. Recurring schedules and a document-routing Gantt are not included.
- Training:combine group, role and program matrix filters where enabled. Authorized users can create draft curriculum versions and retire published versions with a reason. Due-date labels are clearer. New change-control training targets preserve explicit identities; legacy labels are not automatically mapped.
- Reporting:aging reports separate 91–180 days from over 180 days.
- Imports, where enabled:Validate saves an audited report with predicted counts, without creating the predicted records, invitations or emails. Each validation appends a durable record and can fail if its audit write fails. Actual import is separate: supported mixed files can create valid drafts and report invalid rows; malformed files are still refused.
- Administration:invitation withdrawal and deactivation are more consistent. Initial site/licence creation does not require a change reason; applicable later changes still do. Document categories remain separately enabled. Material-history changes do not add inventory integration.
