Where the document-control completion capability is enabled, an existing current draft text version can be edited with a reason, an in-review version can be independently rejected, and an approved current text version can be downloaded as a marked controlled-copy PDF.

Scope boundary: a general controlled-revision creation workflow, full Word-like collaborative editing, and automatic retraining for every document change are not included. Evidence attachments depend on the separately enabled attachment capability.
