Keep your equipment and assets in the quality system, with their qualification and calibration status alongside them. What we are aiming at: A register of equipment, rooms and assets with qualification and calibration status Next-due dates that appear on the quality calendar and raise notifications before they lapse, rather than after Deviations and CAPAs able to name the asset involved, so an equipment history builds up on its own Why this matters: 'show me the calibration status of this instrument' is a routine inspection question, and today it is answered outside the quality system. Registering the asset is also the foundation for equipment and room logbooks, which several customers have asked for separately.

Once a deviation or CAPA is progressing in Invariant, reflect its status back to the operations side so production teams can see whether a quality hold is open against a batch without leaving their own system. The intent is one connected thread across both systems — the quality record and the production record stay pointed at each other, and the audit trail reflects both.

When a production excursion is recorded in your manufacturing system, Invariant can open a pre-filled draft deviation in the review queue for QA to confirm — instead of someone re-typing the same event a second time. The draft arrives with the production context already attached, so the investigation starts from the real record rather than a summary of it. QA always confirms before anything is opened; nothing is created without a human in the loop.

Build your own forms — supplier questionnaires, complaint intake, and more — and share a secure link so an external party (a supplier, complainant, or manufacturer) completes it directly. Responses populate the record automatically, with completion tracking and reminders, so your team stops re-keying data from email threads.

Sign in to Invariant with your Google or Microsoft account instead of a separate Invariant password, so account setup and removal follow your existing company directory. Scope note: this covers signing in to Invariant. It does not change how you sign in to Elevated Signals manufacturing (inventory and batch records), which is a separate system with its own login.
