Fill quality forms on a phone or tablet where the work happens — in the glasshouse, the production area, the drying room — instead of printing a sheet, filling it by hand and re-keying it later.
What we are aiming at:
  • A mobile-first interface for completing forms and checks at the point of work
  • Simple, configurable form templates owned by the quality team
  • Records that land straight in the QMS, attached to the right batch or lot
  • Designed to stay usable for operators who are not desk workers, including teams working in a second language
Why this matters: several customers run this today on general-purpose tools — Microsoft Forms plus Power Automate plus a spreadsheet — precisely because their QMS cannot do it. Those workarounds work well enough that they are the benchmark, and any eQMS that is desktop-only pushes the shop floor back to paper.
Note: this is deliberately separate from "Form builder & external intake portals", which covers forms sent OUT to suppliers and complainants. This post is about your own staff capturing records on the floor.
