The goal is to bring relevant production context into an investigation without exporting and re-keying it.

Implemented foundation: optional manual batch/lot annotations on deviations and CAPAs, with attribution and audited add/remove actions. These annotations are outside the signed record and are not verified against an inventory source.

Still planned: live lookup and retrieval from Elevated Signals or another manufacturing system, equipment context, and linked production evidence for effectiveness checks. There is no live inventory sync, genealogy, or recall workflow in this foundation.
