Attach files and images directly to a change control, list the documents the change touches, and require each one to be revised, retired or explicitly waived before the change can close. The change can also raise the document change request for you.

Update, 3 November 2026: now live where enabled for your organization: file attachments on change controls, a list of the documents a change will revise or retire, and a closure gate that holds implementation until each listed document has a newer approved revision or an independent, signed QA waiver. Still to come: raising the document revision from the change control.
