- Deviations, CAPAs and change controls:create records and move them through their lifecycle from one place.
- Electronic signatures:supported quality decisions carry a signature that is bound to the record.
- Reports and audit exports:generate reports and export the audit history for review.
- Closure-time dashboard:average closure time, on-time rate against your configured targets, aging buckets, a 12-month closure trend and role-gated per-owner scorecards.
- User administration:manage users and import them in bulk from a CSV file.
- AI investigation assistant (early access, where enabled):produces reviewable draft content for deviation intake. Human and AI actions are both recorded in the audit trail.
