CAPAs:
enforced closure order. All actions complete, then effectiveness verified, then signed close. Signed reopen and correction, with overdue flags.
Document control, where enabled:
edit drafts with an audited reason, send a document back with a signed rejection, and download a controlled-copy PDF of an approved document.
Quality Work Items:
a task tracker across deviations, CAPAs and change controls with list and Kanban views, owners, due dates and overdue flags.

One metric contract:
the dashboard, CSV export and PDF export now report identical numbers. Qualification, scheduled checks and the Verify Integrity button all run the same audit verifier.
