Change-control depth and the training loop (7 July 2026)

Change controls
now capture impacted teams, attachments, an action plan, GMP impact, whether training is required and implementation dates, with a comment stage before committee submission.
Automatic training assignments
are created when a document is approved, when a CAPA or deviation closes with retraining, and when a change control is implemented.

next-review dates on documents, a review radar on the dashboard and review entries on the Quality Calendar.
