Visitors and contractors check in on a tablet at reception, complete the site's entry training (biosecurity, health and hygiene, gowning) and sign a health questionnaire. On a return visit the site can see that the training is already done. Every entry is kept as a digital log, which GMP sites need for their visitor and contractor entry procedure.

Give operators, seasonal and temporary staff a simple way to see and complete their own training, without a full quality-system account. Direction: a learner role that sees only assigned training and its content, and a clear record of who completed what. This would not give learners access to deviations, CAPAs, complaints or other quality records. Tell us roughly how many people you train who never touch the quality system.

Deliver the training itself inside Invariant, not only the record that it happened.
